Have an unopened product you’d like to return? Your happiness is our priority, and we’re here to help!

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN YOU RETURN?

  • You receive a faulty or defective product
  • You receive a product that is vastly different from what you ordered

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days within purchasing your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS

  • Must be returned within 30 days of the purchase.
  • Must be in the original condition they were received, unsoiled/unopened along with any bills, tags, labels etc;
  • Brand packaging should be intact;
  • 100% refund of the product will be issued on your unopened item(s) returned within 30 days.
  • Opened returned products will be discarded and no refund or credit will be issued.
  • Refrigerated products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

REPLACEMENTS

If a product is delivered damaged or defective, you must send us a high-quality image or video of the damage or defect in order for a replacement to be issued.

PLEASE NOTE: Processing time (the amount of time it takes to issue a tracking code and ship the order) is separate from shipping time.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

For lost in transit or stolen packages, there's two options available to you upon submission of evidence that the package has not reached the delivery address (often this is a signed note from your local post office). We can either refund you for the order OR we will ship out a single replacement per order.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN REQUEST?

To raise a return request, please submit the request against the desired item in your order list along with the nature of the concern.

Kindly email us a picture of the nature of the defect being stated. This must be done within 30 days of purchasing the product.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

NOTE: Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package, unless there are exceptional circumstances (these will be decided on case-by-case basis). Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as Ekospire Life will not be held responsible for any lost returns.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods to Ekospire.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund, if eligible. Please allow at least 15 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.

EXCHANGE

We do not offer exchanges at Ekospire Life.

It is important to note we do not accept cancellations as we process orders as soon as they come in.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
