We ship at a standard fat $18 rate within 7-14 business days within the USA.

For all countries excluding USA (its territories are not included as part of the USA in this case) as well as for the DHL Express option please contact us at ekospirelife@gmail.com.

For packages weighing more than 4lbs, we charge a flat rate of $35.

Forever Products

We ship at the flat rate of $15 (regardless of weight) within 4-7 business days within the USA.

To check availability and shipping cost for Canada and other countries please choose your country from the dropdown menu on the Forever Living site (available approximately in 160 countries).

    PLEASE NOTE: a "Business Day" is Monday through Friday, with the exception of legal or observed holidays. A Business Day does not include Saturday.

    With some products we may ship from other warehouses. In this case, the product will come directly from the manufacturer or certain distributors. If our primary warehouse is out of stock on an item, we will request it to be sent to the customer directly in order to not delay your order. In this case, tracking information may be delayed until the next business day.

    Once an order is shipped, an email will be sent with tracking information and a tracking link to the appropriate carrier.

    It is possible that your order will be shipped in more than one box. This is done to ensure timely delivery of your order and your packing slip will show you what has shipped. If you only receive a portion of your order, refer to your packing slip to see how the rest of your order is being sent.

    In the event that severe weather, a natural disaster, or some other uncontrollable event causes a delay of your expedited shipment, shipping refunds are not available.

    How can I track my order?

    You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your order’s tracking information when it ships out. Track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email.
    If you don't receive the confirmation email within 3 working days, please drop us a message through our Shop Chat or email and we'll do our best to assist you.

    I just place my order, when will it ship?

    Once ordered, please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Usually we ship out our products the next business day.
    While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Ekospire Life cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

    Can I upgrade my shipping after my order has been placed?

    We are not able to update or upgrade the shipping method chosen after an order has been placed. If you have any concerns about your order, please fill out our contact form and provide your order number for reference. We will do our best to assist you with any concerns you might have.

    My tracking information says delivered, but I have not received my order. What should I do?

    Please check with your surrounding neighbors and/or landlord to ensure your order was not mistakenly picked up. If you are still unable to locate your shipment, please reach out to us via our contact form and we will be happy to assist you.

    What shipping methods do you offer?

    Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be processed. We currently offer flat rate standard, express and economy shipping options.

     

    Delivery Timetables

    Timelines for delivery are simply estimates and begin on the day of dispatch. Rest assured that we spend our days pursuing carriers to fulfill delivery deadlines, but unlike what you might think, they don't always heed our requests and postal service delays do occasionally occur.

    When delivery is attempted and no one is present to receive the package, it will often be kept at your neighborhood post office for a while. Your package will be returned to us if you can't be reached and it can't be delivered; we'll then get in touch with you to set up another delivery time.

    Damaged Or Missing Goods

    We take great care to pack things safely so they reach your door in excellent shape. Therefore, upon receiving the damaged goods back from you, we will replace any items that were damaged in transit. Please be aware that we reserve the right to arrange for a product replacement if an item is lost or stolen in transit.

    Correct Information

    Please double-check the delivery address you provided to us at the time of purchase (it is also on the email we sent you when we confirmed your order), as we won't be happy campers if it is returned to us. But because we're such great folks, we'll ship your order again (after checking with you for the correct address of course).
